1. Promoter

The giveaway is hosted and promoted by Georgina Rose Events. This giveaway is in collaboration with multiple participating brands.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older

3. How to Enter

• Follow the entry steps outlined in the Instagram giveaway post.

• Entry is free of charge,  no purchase is required.

• Only one entry per person/account is allowed.
  
  

4. Prize Restrictions

• Some prizes may have geographical restrictions or date availability constraints (please see below).

• Winners will need to coordinate directly with the supplying brand to confirm eligibility, scheduling, and location.

• All prizes must be provided at no additional cost to the winner- suppliers cannot charge for travel, mileage, or any other fees unless explicitly stated.
  
  

Prize Restrictions – Clair De Lune Illustrates

The Clair De Lune Illustrates prize is subject to the following conditions:

• The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being announced.
  
  

• A minimum lead time of 6 weeks is required prior to the wedding date to allow for design, revisions, and production.
  
  

• The prize includes illustrated seating plan for up to a maximum of 150 guests.
  
  

• Additional guests may be added at the winner’s discretion at an additional cost of £2 per person, payable directly to Clair De Lune Illustrates.
  
  

• The item provided is digital, meaning there are no geographical restrictions. Printing is the responsibility of the winner and may be arranged locally.
  
  

• The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
  
  

• If the winner is unable to proceed within the agreed timeframe, the prize may be forfeited.
  
  

• One reschedule may be permitted at the discretion of Clair De Lune Illustrates, subject to availability.

Prize Restrictions – ‘Meet The Geek’ with GRE

The ‘Meet The Geek’ by Georgina Rose Events prize is subject to the following conditions:

• The prize consists of a 1.5 hour online video consultation with a team member of Georgina Rose Events, followed by written follow-up advice.
  
  

• The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified.
  
  

• All bookings are subject to availability.
  
  

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Prize Restrictions – Hannah Williams Harpist

The ceremony package is subject to the following conditions:

• The prize must be redeemed within 18 months of the winner being announced.
  
  

• A minimum of 3 months’ notice is required to book.
  
  

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
  
  

• Geographical coverage includes all of Wales and a 150-mile radius from Cardiff, excluding London.

• The prize is not eligible for couples who have already booked Hannah’s services.
  
  

• If Hannah Williams is already booked on the winner’s chosen date, the prize cannot be transferred to an alternative date. In this instance, the winner will instead be offered:
  
  

• A Zoom consultation to discuss ceremony music, and
  
  

• A recording of their chosen aisle song.
  
  

• If the winner wishes to extend the playing time beyond the included ceremony package, this can be arranged directly with Hannah Williams at an additional cost to the winner.

Prize Restrictions – Charlotte Mills

The Charlotte Mills prize is subject to the following conditions:

• The winner may choose a pair of shoes up to the value of £300.
  
  

• If the winner’s chosen style is out of stock, a suitable alternative will be provided by Charlotte Mills.
  
  

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  
  

5. Prize Fulfilment

• Each participating brand is responsible for contacting the winner and fulfilling their prize.

• Georgina Rose Events is not responsible for delays, disputes, or issues relating to a brand’s prize.
  
  

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• Winners will be chosen fairly and randomly.

• Winners will be notified via Instagram DM. Only Georgina Rose Events main page will message you directly to confirm the winner.

• If any other accounts message you acting as Georgina Rose Events, please ignore.

• If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  
  

7. Instagram Disclaimer

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

• Instagram is released from any responsibility related to the promotion.
  
  

8. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.

• If the winner does not respond to our notification message within 48 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

• By entering, participants agree to comply with these terms and with Instagram’s promotion rules.

• Personal data collected for the giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
